As CEO, Jason brings 10 years of business, technology and development expertise to every project. His philosophy is to keep it simple and put the needs of the end user first.
In 2002, Jason became the first employee of INgrooves, an online content distributor. Over five years, Jason and his team built INgrooves into one of the most successful companies in the digital distribution market.
As the Director of Business Development, he was responsible for growing the ONE Digital business – which is now the exclusive digital distributor for Universal Music Group North America and its independent distribution arm Fontana. Jason also played key roles in leading the initial sales efforts, including designing and building the customer relationship management tools and processes, while managing the sales and client relations teams.
In 2007, Jason was again directly involved in building another successful company in the digital music space – Topspin.
While at Topspin, he was responsible for the first 300 artists to use the platform, proving the viability of the software and the business while building out the customer relationship management tools and processes.
In 2009, Jason left Topspin to found Direct to Fan Works to work directly with content producers, helping them build or refine their websites and social media profiles to increase engagement with their audiences.
Clients who have hired Direct to Fan Works to create or redesign their sites have successfully increased revenue and audience engagement by as much as 300%.

Kenny Cortez
Kenny Cortez brings over 15 years of digital marketing expertise to DTF Works. His career has included a stint as VP of Technology at an e-Mail Marketing firm specializing in locally targeted content and as a consultant to many venture backed start ups in Boston, MA. Kenny has worked with American Idol winner Taylor Hicks and currently consults with the breakout act Grace Potter and the Nocturnals.
